Barcelona have confirmed that Andres Iniesta will be the club's new skipper next season.

The 31-year-old has taken on the responsibility from Xavi following his recent switch to Qatar, while Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets have retained their positions as immediate deputies.
Meanwhile, Javier Mascherano has been named Barca's fourth captain and will wear the armband if the other three players are not available for selection.
