Celta Vigo coach Abel Resino has insisted that now is as good a time as can be to face Barcelona, with the two sides meeting in La Liga on Saturday.
Even so, Resino recognises the importance of Celta playing at a high tempo and not giving their opponents any time on the ball if they are to get anything from the match.
"Whoever plays, we will be up against a very competitive team but I do feel that this is a good moment to take them on and give them a tough time," AS quotes Resino as saying.
"We must play with great intensity and harry them off the ball as many of their players have just come back after making a huge physical effort with their respective national sides and let's not forget they have an important Champions League tie on Tuesday.
"I think it's a perfect game to play counter-attacking football. We have to look for gaps and expose them when they have their backs to the ball - those kinds of counter attacks are very difficult to handle."
Barcelona won the return fixture 3-1 in November.
