Barcelona will be without the services of five first-team players for Tuesday's Champions League contest with Inter Milan at San Siro.
The Catalan giants returned to action after the international break on Saturday, recording a 1-0 victory over Mallorca, with Robert Lewandowski scoring the winner in the first half of the contest.
Barcelona will now switch their attention to the Champions League, with Xavi's side looking to bounce back from their 2-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the competition last time out.
The La Liga outfit will take on Inter twice in quick succession, travelling to San Siro on Tuesday before welcoming the Italian giants for the reverse group fixture on October 12.
Memphis Depay, Jules Kounde, Hector Bellerin and Ronald Araujo were all absent against Mallorca, and the quartet have again been left out of the squad for this match due to injury.

There were hopes that Frenkie de Jong could be available, with the midfielder looking to overcome the hamstring problem that he picked up while representing the Netherlands last month.
However, the 25-year-old has been left out of the squad, and it is unclear when he might be available for selection once again.
Bellerin, Memphis and Kounde are all expected to be back in action over the next two to three weeks, but Araujo is out until the latter stages of the year following thigh surgery.
"Ronald Araujo has been operated on successfully for his adductor longus avulsion injury in his right thigh. The procedure was carried out by Dr. Lasse Lempainen under the supervision of the club's medical services in Turku, Finland. The player is unavailable for selection and his recovery will dictate his return," read a statement from Barcelona last week.
Marc Casado, who was in the squad against Mallorca at the weekend, will make the trip to Italy, with the 19-year-old providing cover at right-back and in central midfield.
Alejandro Balde started at right-back against Mallorca, while there was a spot in the middle of the defence for Gerard Pique due to the absences of Araujo and Kounde.

Raphinha, Pedri, Eric Garcia and Marcos Alonso will be among those pushing to return to the starting side for the contest with Inter at San Siro.
Barcelona are currently second in Group C, having picked up three points from their opening two games in the competition, while Inter are third on the same number of points.
Xavi's side have now won their last six league matches, which has left them at the top of La Liga, just ahead of the champions Real Madrid, who also have 19 points from their first seven matches.
