Pep Guardiola admits that he 'cannot wait' for the second leg of the Champions League semi-final between Barcelona and Bayern Munich on Wednesday.

Pep Guardiola has predicted an explosive encounter when Barcelona host Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final on Wednesday.

The Germans enter the match as the strong favourites having secured a 4-0 win in the first leg last week, but Guardiola believes that there will be fireworks this evening.

"Two fantastic teams are playing, everything could happen. They are two teams who have had an extraordinary domination of their leagues, what they have achieved this season is well deserved," he told AS.

"I am very impatient [to see the game], but I am very bad at making predictions."

Guardiola, who left Barcelona last summer, will take charge at Bayern at the end of the season.
