Scottish League One roundup: Rangers extend lead

Rangers beat Brechin City 4-3 in a seven-goal Scottish League One thriller, while East Fife score two late goals to defeat Dunfermline 2-1.

Scottish League One leaders Rangers scored an 85th-minute winner in their 4-3 victory over Brechin City this afternoon.

Rangers trailed 3-1 at the break, but second-half goals from Belil Mohsni, Nicky Law and Nicky Clark ensured that the Gers left Glebe Park with all three points.

Stenhousemuir could not take advantage of Rangers losing points, as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss at Stranraer.

Ayr United beat Arbroath 2-0 and went above Dunfermline Athletic on goal difference, as the Pars conceded two late goals in a 2-1 loss at home to East Fife.

Elsewhere, a goal either side of half time saw Forfar Athletic leave Airdrieonians with all three points.
