William Kvist keen on Atletico Madrid switch

Stuttgart midfielder William Kvist admits that he would be interested in joining Atletico Madrid this summer.

Stuttgart midfielder William Kvist has admitted that he would be interested in a move to Atletico Madrid.

The 28-year-old Danish international, who has two years left on his current deal, has recently been linked with the La Liga side.

"Atletico is a great club and every footballer would like to play in La Liga," Kvist told Marca.

"Right now I am at Stuttgart, but I don't know what will happen. In case I was close to a move to Atletico, I would not tell anyone."

Kvist joined the German club from FC Copenhagen in 2011.
