Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has calmed suggestions that the club could win the Spanish title this season.
An impressive start to the season has left the capital outfit joint-top of La Liga alongside Barcelona after 13 wins from their opening 15 league games.
Diego Simeone's side have already won at Real Madrid this season, but do not face Barcelona until next year.
"Not yet, we cannot start to think about winning the league. If come the final five games of the season we are there, then yes, we can think consider it. From now there is still a long way to go," he told reporters at a press conference.
"We are continuing game by game, as we have been, always the same. We know that it is always difficult to win away from home, so the three points at Elche [this weekend] are very good.
"Is La Liga boring? I do not think so. There are three teams fighting at the top. Everybody plays well, Elche put us under pressure. There are more than just those three teams. Both Barcelona and Real Madrid are very good teams that are playing well. Barca will find it a little harder than Madrid to win the League."
Courtois is currently on loan at Atletico from Chelsea.
