Athletic Bilbao and Malaga draw 0-0 in a match with few chances this evening.

Malaga have continued their run of clean sheets away from home by holding Athletic Bilbao to a 0-0 draw this evening.

The visitors had the better sightings of goal in a first half a few chances. Nacho Monreal struck his effort off target before Martin Demichelis headed wide.

Bilbao responded towards the end of the half, but Javier Saviola and Aritz Aduriz both failed to hit the target with their efforts.

The second half panned out in a similar fashion, with neither side able to carve out a meaningful goalscoring opportunity as the match ended 0-0.

The result leaves Malaga in second place in La Liga, while Bilbao move up to 14th.
