Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph has said that he will cast a critical eye over his individual performances after his side's game at Tottenham Hotspur on the final day of the season.
Fans' Player of the Season Delph has enjoyed his most impressive campaign since joining the club five years ago but says that he still wants to improve.
"My individual performances are not something I think about normally, and that's pure honesty from me," Delph told reporters.
"But maybe at the end of the season I'll sit down and say I could have been better here and I could have done this better and be a bit critical of myself.
"I won't be sitting back thinking 'well, it's okay, I've done all right', because it's not about that, it's about the team. It's a team of 11 players. It's all about what we're like as a group. We'll look to next season, we'll try to push on."
Villa could still finish 12th in the league if they win at Spurs and results elsewhere go their way.
