Monaco sign Anthony Martial from Lyon on a three-year contract.

French outfit Monaco have completed the signing of highly-rated striker Anthony Martial from Lyon on a three-year contract.

The 17-year-old, who has been capped at youth level for France, made his debut in Ligue 1 earlier this year.

"We are very happy that Anthony is joining us," Monaco technical director Riccardo Pecini told the club's official website.

"He is the big hope of his generation and he will continue to grow at a very high level."

Monaco have made a number of new signings this summer as they prepare for life in France's top division.
