West Ham United 'keeping tabs on Carl Jenkinson'

West Ham United are reportedly keen on signing Carl Jenkinson on either a season-long loan or a permanent contract.

West Ham United are reportedly tracking Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson.

Hammers manager Sam Allardyce is hoping to sign the England international on either a season-long loan or permanent contract, according to The Mirror.

Newcastle United and Swansea City have also been linked with Jenkinson, but Arsenal are said to have been blocking approaches for the defender.

However, the arrival of Mathieu Debuchy from Newcastle has reportedly pushed him further down the pecking order at the Emirates Stadium, fuelling rumours linking him with a move elsewhere.
