Sevilla have completed the signing of Wissam Ben Yedder from Toulouse for a fee thought to be around £7.8m.
The 25-year-old spent six years with the Ligue 1 outfit, scoring 71 goals in 174 appearances during that time, including 23 in 41 last season.
Ben Yedder will undergo a medical in Andalucia before finalising his switch, with Sevilla understood to have beaten Arsenal to his signature.
The France Under-21 international arrives at the club on the same day as they sold star striker Kevin Gameiro to Atletico Madrid, with Luciano Vietto moving in the opposite direction.
Ben Yedder could make his competitive debut for the club when they open their La Liga campaign at home to Espanyol on Saturday, August 20.
