Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic has revealed that he has no regrets over turning down moves to Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal earlier in his career.
Pjanic has spent the last 18 months in Turin, netting 12 goals from 73 appearances in all competitions after completing a transfer from Roma.
However, the Bosnia-Herzegovina international has claimed that he could have enjoyed a different career path having emerged as a target for both Spurs and Arsenal.
The 27-year-old told The Telegraph: "You want to know the names? They were Arsenal and Tottenham."
On Spurs, he added: "There was the opportunity but at that moment I told them I was happy where I was and that's why we didn't sign the deal. But I made my choice using my head and if I made that choice not to go to an English team it was for good reasons."
Pjanic could feature when Juventus face Spurs in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
