Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli has suggested that his preference is to sign for Juventus during the summer transfer window.
After starring in Serie A during the most recent campaign, Locatelli made a positive impact for Italy as the Azzurri won Euro 2020.
With the tournament having reached a conclusion, speculation will persist regarding the 23-year-old's future with Arsenal and Manchester City said to be admirers.
However, Locatelli has talked up the possibility of moving to Turin, handing a blow to the two Premier League clubs at a time when they are contemplating changes in midfield.
Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, Locatelli said: "Up until now, I haven't really thought about it, I couldn't. The interest of Juventus is pleasing, they are a great team and I have said it several times."
