Manchester City 'to offer Bacary Sagna £150,000-a-week wages'

Manchester City are reportedly prepared to offer Arsenal defender Bacary Sagna a three-year deal worth £150,000 per week to join them this summer.

Manchester City will reportedly offer Bacary Sagna a three-year deal to leave Arsenal when the Frenchman meets club officials today.

Widespread reports have claimed that the defender is open to ending his seven-year stint with the Gunners when his contract expires next month.

According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal's Premier League rivals City are prepared to offer Sagna £150,000 per week to join them this summer.

It is believed that the 31-year-old, who was part of Arsenal's open-top bus celebrations yesterday following their FA Cup final triumph, will hold formal talks with the English champions today.
