Winger Leon Bailey has reportedly indicated that he would like to leave Bayer Leverkusen this summer.
The 20-year-old enjoyed an impressive campaign in the Bundesliga last season, with nine goals and six assists coming from 30 appearances in Germany's top flight.
Bailey still has four years remaining on his contract, but the Jamaica international's form has led to strong interest from the Premier League over the past 12 months.
According to The Sun, Arsenal and Chelsea have been left on red alert, with Bailey suggesting that he would like to move to a bigger club before the end of the current transfer window.
Arsenal are yet to make an attacking addition since the arrival of Unai Emery, while Chelsea find themselves having to consider potential replacements for the likes of Willian and Eden Hazard.
