Leicester City are reportedly ahead of Arsenal in the race to sign Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana.
After a six-year spell at Anfield, Lallana is expected to depart the Merseyside giants when his contract expires later in 2020.
While the 32-year-old will not be short of offers, it has been suggested that a reunion with former manager Brendan Rodgers is the most likely outcome.
According to the Daily Star, the Northern Irishman is keen to secure a deal for the ex-England international, edging out the likes of Arsenal.
The report adds that Everton, West Ham United and Crystal Palace are also in the running for Lallana, who may have to take a pay cut from his current wages at Liverpool.
Just three starts and 12 substitute outings have been provided in the Premier League during the current campaign.
