Arsenal striker Alexandre Lacazette has reportedly emerged as a leading transfer target for Inter Milan.
The 30-year-old is out of contract at the Emirates in the summer of 2022, and there has been very little indication that he will extend his stay as he struggles for game time.
Lacazette is understood to be on the radar of AC Milan, while he was also linked with moves to Atletico Madrid and Roma in the most recent transfer window.
Now, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Lacazette is Inter's priority target as they seek to bolster their attacking ranks, but the Serie A champions must first offload ex-Arsenal man Alexis Sanchez.
Sanchez recently hit out at his lack of game time on social media, and Inter are supposedly keen to ship him out in January amid interest from clubs in Spain, but his £6m-a-year salary could present a stumbling block.
Lacazette is reported to have started in a friendly win over Queens Park Rangers earlier this week, but the Frenchman has only played 49 minutes of Premier League football so far this season.
Arsenal have been linked with the likes of Ollie Watkins, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Sardar Azmoun as possible replacements for Lacazette, who boasts 67 goals and 29 assists from 174 games for the club in all tournaments.
