Arsenal could make a move for Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic in January, according to a report.

Arsenal are reportedly considering making a move for Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic in January.

The Serbia international has struggled to settle at the Bernabeu since arriving from Eintracht Frankfurt in June 2019, scoring just twice in 39 appearances in all competitions.

A recent report claimed that the 23-year-old is keen to seek pastures new during the winter transfer window, having continued to struggle for regular football during the 2021-22 campaign.

According to The Mirror, Arsenal have been alerted to the developments at the Bernabeu and are now lining up a January approach for the centre-forward.

The report claims that the Gunners are keen to boost their attack at the start of 2022 due to the uncertainty surrounding the futures of Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah.

Jovic, who has also been linked with Liverpool, has featured on seven occasions in all competitions this season but has only played for a total of 95 minutes and has not been used in La Liga since the start of October.
