Arsenal have confirmed that goalkeeper David Ospina has joined Napoli on a season-long loan.
The 29-year-old Colombia international signed for the Gunners from French side Nice in 2014 and has made 70 appearances alongside winning two FA Cups.
However, Ospina has fallen out of favour under new boss Unai Emery after the summer signing of Bernd Leno from Bayer Leverkusen and Petr Cech's continued hold on the number one jersey.
Arsenal confirmed the news with a brief online statement, adding that they "would like to wish David the very best for the season".
Ospina is the third goalkeeper to move to Napoli this summer following the arrivals of Alex Meret and Orestis Karnezis.
