Arsenal will reportedly switch their attention to signing Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani if they fail to land Leicester City star Jamie Vardy.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has earmarked the Uruguay international as a potential alternative to the free-scoring Foxes hitman, according to The Express.
Cavani, who is currently on international duty with Uruguay at the Copa America in the United States, recently turned down a lucrative move to China.
Meanwhile, Vardy, who scored 24 Premier League goals in Leicester's historic title-winning season, is deliberating over a £20m switch to Arsenal and is expected to make a decision after Euro 2016.
However, reports suggest that the 29-year-old is leaning towards staying at the King Power Stadium.
