Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to sign Club Brugge striker Wesley Moraes during the January transfer window.
Wesley has scored 10 goals in 21 appearances for Brugge so far this season, including seven in just 15 league games and two in the Champions League.
The 22-year-old's form is understood to have attracted interest from around Europe, with Fiorentina and Valencia having also been linked with a move.
Arsenal are now thought to have joined the race too and are weighing up a £15m offer in January as Unai Emery looks to increase the competition for attacking positions beyond Alexandre Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Wesley's contract with Brugge does not expire until 2023, but the Belgian outfit may find it difficult to prevent the player pushing for an exit if a club of Arsenal's calibre come knocking.
The signing of a new striker is not thought to be Arsenal's priority in January, though, with Unai Emery looking for defensive reinforcements first and foremost.
