Arsenal, Chelsea 'interested in Valencia's Spanish starlet Paco Alcacer'

Arsenal and Chelsea are reportedly interested in Valencia striker Paco Alcacer, who recently expressed his desire to remain at the Spanish club.

Arsenal and Chelsea are both reportedly tracking Valencia striker Paco Alcacer.

The 21-year-old, who scored 11 goals during Valencia's Europa League campaign last season, attracted interest from Barcelona back in 2011.

Despite Valencia keeping hold of the starlet, Premier League giants Arsenal and Chelsea are hoping that they can swoop for the forward before the club offer him a new deal, according to The Express.

Alcacer, who has a reported £14.5m release clause in his current contract, recently pledged his future to the Spanish club.
