Arsenal have reportedly entered the race for Stuttgart forward Sehrou Guirassy, who has signalled his desire to leave the German club this summer.
The 28-year-old enjoyed a stellar campaign in the Bundesliga, making the net ripple on 28 occasions during 28 league appearances, while also providing two assists.
On an overall note, Stuttgart enjoyed an exceptional campaign in the German top flight, finishing in second position, above perennial winners Bayern Munich who stuttered in 2023-24.
Since making the permanent switch from French side Rennes to Stuttgart during the summer of 2023, the Guinea international has netted 30 times across all competitions.
Unsurprisingly, Guirassy is a regular on the international stage for his country, recently playing in World Cup qualifiers against Mozambique and Algeria.

Arsenal alerted to Guirassy imminent exit?
According to German journalist Florian Plettenberg, Guirassy's two-year stint at Stuttgart could be coming towards an end before the summer window shuts.
The report claims that the 28-year-old wants to move away from the MHP Arena-based club ahead of the 2024-25 term, despite the team having Champions League football next season.
It is understood that Guirassy is looking for a new challenge, and there is set to be a host of potential suitors in the race for his services.
After finishing second in the Premier League last season behind Manchester City, Arsenal are in pursuit of Guirassy and could bring him in to strengthen the attack at the Emirates.
Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan are also reportedly huge admirers of the Guinea international, who has ultimately decided that he wants a transfer this summer.

Chelsea 'out of race' and Arsenal's attack
While also mentioning clubs who are in the hunt for Guirassy, the report also states that Arsenal's London rivals Chelsea are not in contention for the signing of Guirassy.
The Gunners have been linked with numerous strikers in recent months, including RB Leipzig's Benjamin Sesko, who is currently with Slovenia at Euro 2024.
Sesko put speculation around him moving to North London to bed by signing a new deal at Leipzig ahead of the 2024-25 season.
Mikel Arteta's troops have also been monitoring the situations of Newcastle United's Alexander Isak and Bologna's Joshua Zirkzee, with the latter looking set for a move to Manchester United.
