Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has revealed that he is working on his "body language" following criticism from fans.
The 27-year-old, who joined the Gunners in a club-record transfer in 2013, has been accused of letting his head drop when his side fall behind in games.
The German admitted that he gets "annoyed" if things fail to go his way on the pitch but vowed to improve his attitude for the benefit of the supporters.
"My goal is to make sure my body language is right," Ozil said, according to The Mirror. "When I make a mistake, I get annoyed and you can tell from my body language. But these days I try to make sure that I don't do that any more because in football you can make mistakes and play a bad pass.
"It is more for the fans, the people who watch the game, because they might think that I'm not fighting anymore."
Ozil is currently chasing the record for Premier League assists in a season, needing three more to surpass Thierry Henry's record of 20 set in 2002-03.
