How Arsenal could line up against Olympiacos

Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for the second leg of their Europa League last-32 tie with Olympiacos on Thursday.

Arsenal boast a 1-0 lead over Olympiacos heading into the second leg of their Europa League last-32 tie at the Emirates Stadium.

The only goal of a fairly low-in-quality first leg in Athens was scored by Alexandre Lacazette nine minutes from time.

Mikel Arteta's side have won three games in a row in all competitions and will be looking to prolong their European adventure when the Greek giants arrive on Thursday.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up against Olympiacos.

Arsenal are without as many as four defenders for Thursday's match after Sead Kolasinac injured his shoulder early on in the 3-2 win over Everton at the weekend.

Arteta still has plenty of cover, though, with Shkodran Mustafi and David Luiz expected to start at centre-back, as they did in the reverse fixture.

Lacazette was left on the bench against Everton despite scoring in back-to-back games, meaning he should be raring to go against the Greek Super League leaders.

Lucas Torreira was absent for the first leg through illness but is pushing for a recall, while Gabriel Martinelli, Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson are expected to be given the nod in attacking midfield after being overlooked last time out.
