Report: Calum Chambers to receive England call-up

Arsenal defender Calum Chambers will reportedly be named in Roy Hodgson's England squad for the Three Lions' Euro 2016 qualifying matches in September.

Arsenal defender Calum Chambers is being lined up for a place in Roy Hodgson's next England squad, according to a report.

The 19-year-old has yet to play for England's Under-21 side, but has impressed at centre-back since joining the Gunners this summer in a £16m move from Southampton.

Hodgson is ready to make Chambers a part of his team for England's 2016 European Championship qualifiers starting in September, following his composed displayed in Arsenal's Champions League draw with Besiktas, claims The Mirror.

Chambers has been capped at Under-19 level by the Three Lions, making his debut in 2012.
