Arsene Wenger: 'Arsenal's moment of truth has arrived'

Arsene Wenger says that Arsenal's performance from now on will decide their fate in the Premier League and in the Champions League this season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that the "moment of truth" for his side starts against Norwich City on Saturday.

The Gunners will resume their Premier League campaign after a two-week international break at Carrow Road, looking for their third successive competitive win.

"In October the moment of truth starts for the team," he told Arsenal's official website. "The league establishes itself a little bit and the Champions League goes to decisive moments. Therefore of course, it's important to be decisive and convincing.

"The target is always the same. When they come back, we want to quickly focus on our own targets again and get the team back mentally on our next game.

"I believe that we'll work and the team, after our last performance at West Ham (a 3-1 win), will want to continue the good run and focus well."

Arsenal are currently seventh in the league table with 12 points from seven matches, seven points behind leaders Chelsea.
