Arsene Wenger is facing further punishment from UEFA following the team’s 1-0 Champions League play-off victory over Udinese.
The Arsenal manager was serving a one-match touchline ban in the stands last night but is alleged to have sent messages to assistant Pat Rice during the game.
Wenger received a half-time warning from UEFA that he was in breach of the rules.
The French manager, 61, picked up the original ban for abusing referee Massimo Busacca in last season’s defeat to Barcelona.
Wenger opted not to attend the press conference after the match.
