Accrington Stanley sign defender Lee Naylor

Defender Lee Naylor signs a short-term deal with League Two side Accrington Stanley.

Accrington Stanley have completed a deal to sign defender Lee Naylor on a short-term basis.

Naylor has been without a club since being released by Cardiff City at the end of the 2011-12 season.

The 33-year-old's last competitive appearance came in January 2012, when he played for the Bluebirds in an FA Cup fixture with West Bromwich Albion.

The left-back made 293 appearances over a nine-year spell with Wolverhampton Wanderers, before moving to Scottish giants Celtic.
