AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has reportedly travelled to Portugal to hold talks with Porto about signing Jackson Martinez.
Sinisa Mihajlovic is expected to be confirmed as the club's new manager later this week and a busy summer in the transfer market is certain after they failed to secure European qualification this season.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Milan are keen to secure the services of Martinez, who has also been linked with a move to Arsenal recently.
The report suggested that Galliani could be willing to trigger the Colombian's release clause with Porto already lining up Guarani's Federico Santander as a replacement.
Martinez has scored 91 goals in all competitions since joining Porto in 2012.
