Preview: Roma vs. AC Milan

Sports Mole previews the Serie A clash between Roma and AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico.

Roma will host AC Milan in Serie A on Friday, knowing that they must win to keep their hopes of being crowned champions alive.

Rudi Garcia's side are guaranteed to finish in the top two, but need to win their remaining four games and hope for a Juventus slump in order to overhaul the current league leaders.

The hosts, who have won their last eight matches, will be without in-form striker Mattia Destro again as he continues to serve his four-game suspension for punching Cagliari's Davide Astori earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Mehdi Benatia is also expected to miss out as he continues to recover from a muscle tear in his left leg.

The visitors will also have a number of injury concerns for their trip to Stadio Olimpico.

The Rossoneri, who have been in good form themselves recently, could still be without Keisuke Honda, who has missed their last two matches with an ankle injury, while Michael Essien is also a doubt and Nigel de Jong is suspended.

When the two sides met earlier in the season, the match finished in a 2-2 draw at the San Siro.
