Up to six fans have reportedly been stabbed outside the San Siro ahead of tonight's Champions League clash between AC Milan and Ajax.
According to news agency ANSA, at least one of the victims is in a "serious" condition after being stabbed in the stomach, while another other was wounded in the buttocks.
Tensions between the two sets of supporters in Milan are said to have been simmering all day, with Football Italia reporting that up to six fans could have been hurt - three seriously.
A draw for the Rossoneri this evening would see them into the knockout stages as runners-up to Barcelona, while the Dutch side need three points to usurp them.
