British pair Tonia Couch and Sonia Barrow progress to the 10m synchronised diving final at the World Aquatics Championships in Russia.

Team GB's Tonia Couch and Sarah Barrow have reached the 10m synchronised diving final at the World Aquatics Championships in Kazan, Russia.

The British duo sealed their spot after finishing fourth in the preliminary round this morning, with a score of 74.88 for their back somersaults consolidating their position.

Couch and Barrow scored 302.52 for their five dives to take fourth spot, with the top 12 progressing through.

China's Chen Ruolin and Liu Huixia took top spot, while Canada's Meaghan Benfeito and Roseline Filion finished second ahead of tonight's final.
