British diver Tom Daley reveals that he is keen to have a new diving partner for the 2016 Olympic Games.

Great Britain's Tom Daley has admitted that he is on the look-out for a new diving partner ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.

Eighteen-year-old Daley has been paired with Southampton-based Peter Waterfield since 2011 and the duo competed together at the recent Games in London.

However, Waterfield will be 35 by the time that the Olympics get underway in Rio de Janeiro and with that in mind, Daley has revealed that he is keen to acquire a younger teammate.

"Peter is going to be too old to compete in the 2016 Games because his body's taken a battering over the years," Daley told BBC Radio Devon. "It's going to be interesting to see who is going to partner me, and we'll just have to wait and see who that is."

Daniel Goodfellow, 16, is thought to be a leading contender to link up with Daley.
