Sri Lanka ahead by 222 runs at lunch on day four

Sri Lanka increase their lead to 222 runs at lunch on the fourth day of the second Test against Pakistan in Colombo.

Sri Lanka have built up a promising 222-run lead over Pakistan at lunch on day four of the second Test in Colombo.

The hosts restarted the day with a lead of 165 runs having reached 177-2 at stumps on day three.

Mahela Jayawardene [54] and Kumar Sangakkara [59] reached their half centuries but were both caught off the bowling of Saeed Ajmal, who took both wickets in the space of two overs.

Ajmal got his third wicket of the day after he bowled Lahiru Thirimanne for just 10.

Angelo Mathews and Dickwella Dickwella remain not out going into the interval, with the pair 13 runs off a 50 partnership.
