Sri Lanka set Pakistan target of 271

Sri Lanka are bowled out for 282 in the second innings of the second Test against Pakistan, and set the tourists 271 to win in Colombo.

Sri Lanka have set Pakistan a target of 271 to win the second Test in Colombo.

After Mahela Jayawardene [54] and Kumar Sangakkara [59] had both been dismissed before lunch, it was left to Angelo Matthews and Dickwella Dickwella to boost the Sri Lankan second-innings total.

However, Dickwella was trapped lbw by Wahab Riaz shortly after lunch, while Rangana Herath, Thisara Perera and Chanaka Welegedara were all dismissed for ducks.

The only tail-ender to make any significant contribution was Dhammika Prasad [19], but he was run out by a substitute fielder as Matthews made 43 to help Sri Lanka build up a significant lead.
