South Africa 163 runs ahead of India

South Africa are 497-8 as early tea is taken on the fourth day of the second Test against India.

South Africa were 497-8, a lead of 163 runs, when rain forced an early tea in the second Test against India in Durban.

Jacques Kallis made 115 in his final Test match, before India ended his 96-run stand with nightwatchman Dale Steyn.

Faf du Plessis and Robin Peterson hit a joint 102 runs in the 14.1 overs between lunch and tea.

Peterson scored 61 off 52 balls before being caught out as the rain started.
