New Zealand reach 388-2 at lunch

New Zealand reach 388-2 at lunch on the final day of their Test with Pakistan.

New Zealand have reached 388-2 at lunch on the third day of the third and final Test in Sharjah.

The Kiwis responded well to Pakistan's 351, with Kane Williamson not out on 135 and Ross Taylor in on 26 as New Zealand lead by 37 runs at the break.

Brendon McCullum notched an impressive 202 with 21 boundaries and 11 sixes before he was eventually bowled out by Yasir Shah.

McCullum will be more than happy with his contribution, however, having added a new second-wicket record for New Zealand in Test cricket of 297 runs with Williamson.

Pakistan are ahead in the three-match series after winning the first Test in Abu Dhabi and drawing the second in Dubai.
