England opener Sam Robson has signed a new two-year deal with Middlesex which will keep him at the club until the end of the 2016 season.
The 25-year-old made his debut for the Three Lions in the summer, and played in all seven Test matches, which hindered his playing time with Angus Fraser's side.
However, Robson was not handed a central contract from the England and Wales Cricket Board, but has now committed his future to Middlesex courtesy of the new deal.
"I am delighted to sign a new contract with Middlesex, especially after what has been an incredible 12 months for me," Robson told the club's official website.
"After scoring five centuries in six matches for the EPP and the Lions earlier in the year and then scoring my maiden Test century in my second Test, I am looking forward to building on this and am sure my best is yet to come.
"I am very grateful for the support Middlesex have given me over the last seven years and look forward to continuing my career with this great club."
Robson joined Middlesex in 2008.
