Kevin Pietersen made a century on his comeback from a knee injury for Surrey this afternoon.
The England batsman had been out of action ever since he suffered the problem, which required surgery to mend, during the tour of New Zealand earlier this year.
He returned during Surrey's ongoing County Championship encounter against Yorkshire, but spent the first two days in the field.
However, he came to the crease earlier today and having survived early run out and lbw scares, the 32-year-old went on to go beyond the 100-mark in just 106 deliveries.
It was a knock that included 12 fours and two sixes.
