Captain Moeen Ali stars with the bat and ball as England record a 34-run victory over West Indies in the fourth T20 international in Bridgetown.

Moeen Ali impressed with both bat and ball as England levelled the T20 series against West Indies with a 34-run victory in Bridgetown.

In Wednesday's third fixture, Moeen had no impact - recording a duck and conceding 14 runs off one over - but the stand-in skipper produced figures in sharp contrast on Saturday evening.

While Jason Roy (52) and James Vince (34) kept England ticking over, it was Moeen who was the difference maker, the all-rounder hitting 28 during one over before eventually holing out for 63 off 28 balls.

Sam Billings added a late 13 off just four deliveries to take England to 193-6, and it appeared that they would require every run of that total when West Indies reached 63-0 off the opening seven overs.

However, 13 balls later, both openers had been removed by Moeen, who ended with figures of 2-28, and it left West Indies unable to make any kind of sustained response.

Kyle Mayers top scored with 40, while Jason Holder made a quickfire 36 off 24 balls, but the home side ultimately fell 34 runs short by making just 159-5.

The deciding match of the series is scheduled to take place on Sunday night.
