Australia have won their final match of the World Twenty20 with a seven-wicket victory over hosts Bangladesh in Dhaka.
Both teams came into the fixture knowing that they had no chance of reaching the semi-finals of the tournament.
Bangladesh, who put themselves into bat first, posted a score of 153-5 before the Aussies reached 158-3 with just under three overs remaining.
Shakib Al Hasan (67) and Mushfiqur Rahim (47) made the bulk of the Bangladeshi runs, while Nasir Hossain (14) also chipped in during their 20 overs.
Nathan Coulter-Nile took two wickets for Australia, with Mitchell Starc, Doug Bollinger and Shane Watson also getting in on the act.
A knock of 48 from David Warner saw the Aussies start positively at the crease, and 71 from the big-hitting Aaron Finch put them in further control before they were both bowled by Al-Amin Hossain.
Cameron White (18 not out) and George Bailey (11 not out) then saw them over the line after Glenn Maxwell (five) had been dismissed by Taskin Ahmed.
