South Africa lose three wickets for 63 runs before lunch on the first day of their third Test match against Australia in Perth.

South Africa have headed into lunch on day one of their third Test match against Australia in Perth on 63-3.

The visitors won the toss and elected to bat, but lost three wickets in the space of 25 overs.

Hashim Amla is not out on 11 runs, while AB de Villiers has yet to open his score.

Captain Graeme Smith could only score 16 runs before he was dismissed by Shane Watson, and Alviro Petersen went off after adding 30 runs.

Jacques Kallis made just two runs before he was out, as Mitchell Starc proved to be the morning session's most effective bowler with two wickets.
