Team GB claim silver in men's 200m kayak double

Great Britain's Liam Heath and Jon Schofield claim silver in the men's 200m kayak double at the Olympic Games.

Liam Heath and Jon Schofield have claimed Great Britain's first medal of day 13 of the Olympic Games with silver in the men's 200m kayak double.

In a thrilling race which saw the majority of the field all in contention in the final 10 metres, the Team GB duo edged out Lithuania to claim second position.

It meant a role reversal of what occurred in London four years ago when Lithuania finished strongly to leave Heath and Schofield having to settle for bronze on that occasion.

Saul Craviotto and Cristian Toro won gold for Spain.
