Olympic champion Anthony Joshua will make his professional debut against unbeaten Italian Emanuele Leo at the O2 Arena next weekend.

Anthony Joshua will make his professional boxing debut against Italian fighter Emanuele Leo next weekend.

The 23-year-old, who won Olympic gold in the super-heavyweight division last year, will face the unbeaten 32-year-old at London's O2 Arena.

Leo has emerged victorious from his previous eight fights, but he has yet to compete outside of his homeland.

The bout had originally been scheduled to be the main event, but it will now take second billing to Scott Quigg's WBA super-bantamweight encounter with Yoandris Salinas.
