Indiana Pacers agree deal for guard Rodney Stuckey?

The Indiana Pacers reportedly agree to sign Detroit Pistons guard Rodney Stuckey as they bid to replace the departing Lance Stephenson.

The Indiana Pacers have agreed a deal to sign former Detroit Pistons point guard Rodney Stuckey, according to a report in the press.

The Pacers recently lost out on key player Lance Stephenson, who has moved to join the Charlotte Bobcats on a three-year deal, with the team viewing Stuckey as a potential replacement for their departing superstar.

A source recently told The AP that Stuckey is expected to sign a one-year deal with the Pacers.

It is thought that Detroit had no purpose for Stuckey in their squad having already signed DJ Augustin and Jodie Meeks as part of Stan van Gundy's new-look back court.
