Washington Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan has insisted that his father and head coach Mike Shanahan will have no problems returning to his old side Denver Broncos.
Denver is where Kyle and his siblings grew up and where Mike coached for 13 seasons, but he said that Denver holds nothing but happy memories for his dad.
"There's enough pressure to win in this league and it's hard enough to win in this league every week," Kyle told the Washington Times. "So I really don't think he does feel much right now.
"I don't feel anything right now and it's obviously a bigger deal for him than me. We're people, too, so I'm sure it'll be different on Sunday when we wake up and you go into Mile High, where he's got a lot of memories."
The Redskins are currently 2-4 while the Broncos are 6-1 in 2013.
