Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht has revealed that he was "impressed" with the performances of quarterback Mike Glennon in his first season in the NFL.
Licht replaced the man who drafted Glennon, Mark Dominik, as the club's GM earlier this week, and believes that the club have a quality player in the 24-year-old.
He told ProFootballTalk.com: "I will tell you this from what I've seen so far, I am impressed with the young kid at quarterback.
"I think he's got three things that you look for in a quarterback. He's an accurate passer, he's very smart, and he's very tough. It's hard to judge a guy in his rookie year."
Glennon threw for 19 touchdowns to just nine interceptions in his 13 games in the 2013 season.
