Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Mike Evans: 'I worked with Randy Moss to improve my game'

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans admits that he sought coaching advice from NFL legend Randy Moss to improve his game after an impressive rookie season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has revealed that he spent time working in the off-season with NFL legend Randy Moss.

The 21-year-old made an instant impact in the league in his rookie season as he recorded over 1,000 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, breaking the Buccaneers' record for most scores by a first-year wideout.

However, Evans was determined to improve his skill and sought coaching from Moss, who is tipped to enter the Hall of Fame in the near future following his exploits in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings and the New England Patriots.

"It was just me and him," Evans told the club's official website. "I was up for there in North Carolina for about a week at the end of March. There's a lot of knowledge there, man.

"I think he's the best to ever do it. Working with him, I think it will take my game to the next level."

Evans was selected seventh overall in the 2014 Draft.
